Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at jk999 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name; deposits from third parties are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise. The Company sends funds after completing the withdrawal verification.
3.3 Irregular Transactions
If funds are credited to an account by mistake due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to recover them. If the user has already spent such funds, the equivalent amount will be deducted from their balance at a later time.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses
- jk999 Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳100.
- jk999 Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; applicable to slot games only.
- jk999 Cricket Season Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 12x; applicable to the Cricket or Sports section.
- Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; must be claimed by contacting the support team during your birthday month.

4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless explicitly permitted.
- Misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure and cancellation of the bonus.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Cheating and Misconduct
The use of bots, software manipulation, operating multiple accounts, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is identified, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

The Company may set maximum and minimum bet limits for any event or game. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the Company reserves the right to impose specific limits on a particular account.
